Sylfirm X RF Microneedling
Radiofrequency delivered through insulated needles at a controlled depth, in two different modes. Continuous wave remodels collagen for firmness and texture, while pulsed wave targets the vascular component behind melasma and persistent redness.
Begin your JourneyPrecision Depth Control Across the Face
The insulated needles allow energy to be delivered at a set depth while sparing the surface. Yve adjusts that depth across a single treatment, going deeper along the jawline where tissue is thicker and shallower around the eyes and on the neck where skin is delicate. This is what allows one device to address laxity, texture, enlarged pores, acne scarring, and pigment within the same session.
Most patients complete a series of three to four treatments spaced about four weeks apart, then maintain once or twice a year. Because the face rarely exists in isolation, the neck, décolletage, and hands can be added to your session. Those areas often show age more plainly than the face itself and respond well when treated alongside it.

Two Waveforms, Two Different Problems
What separates Sylfirm X from conventional radiofrequency microneedling is its dual wave capability. In continuous wave mode it delivers steady energy for collagen remodeling and tightening, which is the familiar application. In pulsed wave mode it emits energy in short bursts that selectively target damaged vessels and the abnormal blood supply feeding pigment conditions such as melasma and persistent redness.
That second mode is why the device has a reputation among practitioners for handling conditions other energy devices tend to aggravate. Melasma in particular is heat sensitive and frequently worsens after aggressive laser treatment. Pulsed wave delivery allows a more selective approach, though no treatment guarantees improvement in a condition as complex as melasma, and Yve will be candid with you about what is realistic.
What dual wave radiofrequency microneedling can address in a single course of treatment.

What does the treatment feel like?
We apply topical numbing for about thirty minutes beforehand. During treatment most patients describe heat and a prickling sensation, more noticeable along the forehead and jaw where skin sits close to bone. It is tolerable rather than comfortable, and Yve works in sections so you can pause if you need to.
How much downtime should I plan for?
Expect redness and warmth resembling a sunburn for one to three days, along with mild swelling and a sandpaper texture as the surface heals. Most patients are comfortable returning to work the next day and can wear makeup after twenty-four hours. Sun protection afterward is not optional, particularly at altitude, where UV exposure is stronger year-round.
How many sessions will I need?
Three to four sessions spaced about four weeks apart is typical, with maintenance once or twice a year afterward. Pigment conditions and acne scarring often need the fuller course. You will see some brightness within a couple of weeks, but the collagen driven firmness builds across three to six months.
Can it be combined with other treatments?
Yes, and it often is. Exosomes applied immediately after treatment take advantage of the open channels to support recovery. Skin boosters, injectables, and laser all sequence well with Sylfirm X, though the timing matters and Yve will plan the order for you.
Beauty should never be about changing who you are.
It should be about preserving what makes you uniquely you.
