CaHA Biostimulation
An injectable that works by stimulating your own collagen rather than adding volume directly. Results build gradually, supporting firmness and skin quality over months.

Diluted for Skin Quality, Concentrated for Contour
How the product is prepared changes what it can do. At standard concentration it provides definition along the jaw and chin. Diluted, it can be spread across a broader field to work on skin quality itself, improving firmness and texture in areas such as the neck, décolletage, and the backs of the hands where crepiness is often the first concern.
Yve chooses the preparation based on what your assessment shows. Because calcium hydroxylapatite is firmer and not reversible in the way hyaluronic acid is, placement demands real precision and a conservative hand. This is a treatment where restraint and anatomical knowledge matter more than volume, and where we would rather add at a second visit than overcorrect at the first.

A Biostimulator With Immediate Presence
Calcium hydroxylapatite occupies useful middle ground between traditional filler and a pure collagen stimulator. The microspheres are suspended in a gel carrier, so you see lift on the day of treatment. As that carrier is absorbed over the following weeks, the microspheres remain and signal your fibroblasts to produce new collagen around them. The early result is structural. The later result is biological.
That dual action makes it a practical choice for patients who want visible improvement without waiting months, but who also want the treatment to leave the skin better than it found it. It is particularly well suited to the jawline, the temples, and the lower face, where firmness matters as much as volume.
What biostimulation offers when you want structure now and collagen later.

How is this different from hyaluronic acid filler?
Hyaluronic acid holds volume by attracting water and can be dissolved if needed. Calcium hydroxylapatite gives you initial volume from its carrier gel, then works by stimulating your own collagen as that carrier absorbs. It is firmer, lasts longer in most patients, and is not reversible, so placement needs to be precise from the start.
How long do results last?
Most patients see results holding for twelve to eighteen months, and often longer because of the collagen built along the way. Longevity varies with the area treated, how much product was used, and your own metabolism.
Where is it not appropriate?
We avoid it in the lips and generally in the tear trough, where its firmness and the risk of visible nodules make hyaluronic acid the safer choice. It is also not suitable if you have an active infection at the treatment site or a known sensitivity to any component.
What is recovery like?
Expect swelling and possible bruising for several days. The diluted treatments on the neck or hands can feel firm or slightly lumpy at first, which settles as the product integrates. Yve may ask you to massage the area, and following those instructions matters.
Beauty should never be about changing who you are.
It should be about preserving what makes you uniquely you.
