Microneedling
Fine needles create controlled micro-injuries that prompt the skin to build new collagen as it heals. Across a course of sessions this can improve texture, tone and firmness.

Where Microneedling Fits in a Skin Plan
Microneedling is an excellent foundational treatment. It improves texture, refines pore appearance, softens fine lines, and works particularly well on acne scarring, where the remodeling response reaches scar tissue that topicals cannot influence. It is gentler than radiofrequency microneedling and suits patients who want steady improvement without significant downtime.
Many patients pair it with exosomes or a skin booster applied immediately afterward, using the open channels for delivery. Treatment is not limited to the face either. The neck, décolletage, and hands can be included, and these areas frequently need attention sooner than patients expect.

A Controlled Injury the Skin Knows How to Repair
Microneedling relies on a simple biological principle. Thousands of precise microchannels created in the skin trigger the body's wound healing cascade without meaningful damage to the surface. Fibroblasts activate, growth factors release, and over the following weeks new collagen and elastin are laid down. The skin does not just recover, it reorganizes.
We use SkinPen, which is engineered to keep needle entry perpendicular and depth consistent across the treatment field. That consistency matters more than most patients realize. Devices that drag or vary in depth create uneven injury, which is what produces unpredictable results and prolonged redness rather than smooth, uniform improvement.
What a well delivered microneedling series changes about the skin's structure and surface.

How many treatments will I need?
General texture and tone usually respond well to three to six sessions spaced about four weeks apart. Acne scarring typically needs the higher end of that range or more, since scar tissue remodels slowly. Maintenance two or three times a year holds the result once the initial series is complete.
What is the recovery like?
Expect redness similar to a moderate sunburn for one to three days, with some tightness and light flaking as the surface renews. Most patients are comfortable in public the next day and can wear makeup after twenty-four hours. Sun protection is essential during healing.
How does this compare to RF microneedling?
Microneedling works mechanically, creating channels that trigger repair. Radiofrequency microneedling adds heat energy at depth, which drives more tightening and reaches concerns such as laxity and pigment. Microneedling is gentler with less downtime and is often the right starting point. Yve will recommend based on what your skin actually needs.
Is it safe for all skin tones?
Because microneedling is mechanical rather than light-based, it is generally considered safe across skin tones, including deeper complexions where some lasers carry pigmentation risk. We still assess your history and take precautions if you are prone to post-inflammatory pigmentation.
Beauty should never be about changing who you are.
It should be about preserving what makes you uniquely you.
