Exosome Therapy
Concentrated regenerative signals applied immediately after microneedling or laser, while the channels in the skin are still open. They are used to support repair and recovery rather than as a treatment on their own.

Always Paired, Never Standalone
Exosomes work through channels created by another treatment. That is why we apply them immediately after microneedling, Sylfirm X, or laser, when the skin is receptive and the pathways are open. Applied to intact skin they cannot penetrate meaningfully, so we do not offer them as a treatment on their own.
Patients most often add exosomes when recovery time matters, when they are treating something stubborn such as scarring or persistent redness, or when they are undergoing scalp treatment for thinning hair. This is an area of aesthetic medicine that is still developing, and Yve will discuss what current evidence does and does not support rather than overstating the case.

Signals That Direct Repair
Exosomes are extremely small vesicles that cells release to communicate with one another. They carry proteins, lipids, and genetic messengers that instruct neighboring cells how to behave, including instructions related to repair, inflammation, and regeneration. They are not cells themselves, which is an important distinction. They are the messages cells send.
Applied to skin that has just been treated, exosomes deliver those signals directly into tissue that is already in an active healing state. The idea is not to add a new ingredient so much as to amplify and direct a repair process that is already underway, encouraging it toward a better outcome than it would reach unaided.
What adding regenerative signaling to an existing treatment may contribute.

Are exosomes the same as stem cells?
No. Stem cells are living cells. Exosomes are the small vesicles cells use to send signals to each other, carrying proteins and genetic messengers. Nothing living is being introduced. They function as instructions rather than as new cells, which is a meaningful difference both biologically and in terms of how the treatment is regulated.
Can I have exosomes on their own?
We do not offer them that way. Applied to intact skin they cannot penetrate to where they would be useful, so they need microchannels from microneedling, Sylfirm X, or laser to reach the dermis. Anyone offering them as a standalone topical is not describing how they work.
What evidence supports them?
Laboratory research on exosome signaling is substantial, and clinical use in aesthetics is growing, but this remains an evolving field and long-term clinical data is still accumulating. Yve will tell you what is reasonably supported and what is still promising rather than proven, so you can decide with clear information.
When should I consider adding them?
They are most often worth considering when you want to support recovery after a more involved treatment, when you are working on something stubborn such as scarring or persistent redness, or as part of a scalp protocol for thinning hair.
Beauty should never be about changing who you are.
It should be about preserving what makes you uniquely you.
