New Patient Consultation
A full assessment of your skin, your facial anatomy and what you want to change, before anything is treated. You leave with a plan and a clear sense of sequencing rather than a single booking.

Leaving With a Plan You Understand
What you take away is a sequenced plan rather than a quote. Yve will explain what is driving the changes you have noticed, which treatments address them and why, what order makes sense, what results are realistic, and what timeline to expect. Where something you have asked for will not achieve what you want, she will say so and explain what would.
Photographs are taken as a baseline, which matters more than patients expect. Gradual change is difficult to judge from memory, and comparison against a starting point is how progress is actually assessed. You are under no obligation to book anything, and taking time to consider a plan is always a reasonable choice.

Nothing Is Treated on a First Visit
Good aesthetic outcomes depend far more on the assessment than on the injection. A consultation here is a dedicated appointment in which Yve examines your facial structure, your skin quality, how your face moves and rests, what has changed over time, and what you actually want. None of that can be compressed into a few minutes before treatment.
You will be asked about your medical history, medications, previous aesthetic treatment, your skincare, your sun exposure, and your goals. Where relevant, sleep, stress, and nutrition come into the conversation too, because those influence how skin behaves and how well it responds to anything we do.
What a dedicated assessment appointment gives you before any decision is made.

Will I be treated at the same appointment?
Generally no, and that is deliberate. A consultation is time set aside to assess and plan properly. Occasionally something straightforward can be done at the same visit if it is appropriate and you want to proceed, but there is no expectation and no pressure to decide on the day.
What should I bring or prepare?
A list of your current medications and supplements, details of any previous aesthetic treatment including approximate dates, and your current skincare products or their names. It also helps to think beforehand about what specifically bothers you, since that is often harder to articulate than people expect.
Should I come without makeup?
Yes, if you can. Yve needs to see your skin as it actually is to assess tone, texture, and condition accurately, and clean skin also makes baseline photographs genuinely useful. If you are coming from work, we can remove makeup at the appointment.
What if I am not sure what I want?
That is entirely normal and a good reason to book a consultation rather than a treatment. Many patients know something has changed without being able to name it. Part of Yve's job is to identify what you are actually responding to and explain the options, which is far more useful than guessing at a treatment.
Beauty should never be about changing who you are.
It should be about preserving what makes you uniquely you.
